Milan, 24 May 2017 – Pedersoli Studio Legale represented by Maura Magioncalda (Equity Partner), Consuelo Citterio (Partner) and Nicola Nocerino, has advised Crédit Agricole Cariparma and Banco BPM in the financing to Tattile, worldwide leading designer and manufacturer of cameras for traffic tracking, aimed at the acquisition – by Lakesight Technologies Holding – of Chromasens, a leading German company in the field of machine vision.
The transaction is part of a wider corporate restructuring of Lakesight Technologies Holding – already in the investment portfolio of Ambienta, a private equity fund – and it accompanies the acquisition of Tattile, in 2012, and of Mikrotron, a manufacturer of vision solutions, in 2015, by the same fund.
Ambienta and Tattile have been advised by Nctm Studio Legale with a team composed of Simone De Carli, Eugenio Siragusa, Giulio Della Casa and Martina Marmo.
German law aspects have been managed by Pöllath + Partners for the company and by Noerr for the lenders, while CBA, represented by Giuseppe Alessandro Galeano (Partner) and Francesca Marchiori (Associate), and KPMG Germany have provided assistance in relation to tax issues and the structuring of the transaction.
