Milan, 11 July 2017 – Pedersoli Studio Legale, has advised Alchemy Special Opportunities Fund, specialised in private equity investments and special situations in Europe, having a long-established track record in financial services sector, in the entering into of a sale and purchase agreement of two shareholdings (equal to 100% of corporate capital) held in Sigla Credit, a registered stock broker pursuant to art. 106 of the Banking Act, operating in the sector of salary-backed loans, and SiCollection, operating in the servicing of non performing loans, from Sigla Luxembourg S.A., controlled by Dea Capital and Palamon Capital Partners.
Pedersoli team, led by Ascanio Cibrario (Equity Partner) included also Luca Rossi Provesi (Senior Associate), Giorgio Sorgi (Associate) and Giovanni Bandera (Equity Partner), who advised on regulatory aspects of the transaction. Heba Advisors and EY have acted as financial advisors.

The transaction is subject to conditions precedent, among which the issuance of the necessary approvals by the Supervisory Authority; the completion is expected by the end of 2017.
