Pedersoli establishes the Administrative Law department and confers the lead to Sergio Fienga

Sergio Fienga joins Pedersoli as Equity Partner and he will lead the development of the department from the Firm’s new office in Rome

Milan, 6 November 2017 – Pedersoli Studio Legale has established Administrative Law department and the relevant development will be led by Sergio Fienga, joining the Firm as Equity Partner.

The department, operating from 1 November, provides legal assistance in all fields of public and administrative law, both on contentious and non-contentious matters.

Administrative Law department operates in cooperation with the existing 11 departments of Pedersoli Studio Legale, granting full assistance in relation to transactions in regulated sectors or having profiles of public relevance such as town planning regulation, energy, telecommunications, infrastructures, healthcare and environment sectors.

The team is composed of four professionals mainly operating in the new offices of the Firm located in Rome, Piazzale delle Belle Arti no. 8,  and established to support and improve the actual development of such practice area.

Fienga joins Pedersoli Studio Legale after having accrued a significant experience in managing public tenders, concessions of services and project finance as well as advising clients before Regional Administrative Courts, State Council and Independent Authorities.

He has started his career at Clarich Libertini Macaluso & Valli law firm in Rome, he has been Partner and head of the Administrative Law department both of Dewey & Le Boeuf and subsequently, in the year 2013, CDP law firm.

The members of the new team led by Sergio Fienga are Marco Trevisan, as Senior Associate, Giovanni Battista De Luca and Alessandro Zuccaro both as Associate.

Luca Trevisan and Giovanni Battista De Luca join Pedersoli Studio Legale having previously worked at Dewey & Le Boeuf and, lastly, at CDP law firm, while Alessandro Zuccaro has been working recently at Villata law firm and, formerly in the Energy department of the Italian Antitrust Authority.

Following these new entries, Pedersoli Studio Legale increases the number of its professionals to over 120, among which 18 Equity Partners and 13 Partners, operating in the Milan, Turin and Rome offices.
