“Ensuring Business Integrity – Best practices and new approaches in preventing corporate crime” is the subject of the forthcoming conference held by Pedersoli Studio Legale in cooperation with AmCham Italy, in Milan, Friday 20 April at 2.30 pm at Palazzo Parigi (Corso di Porta Nuova 1).
The meeting has the aim to highlight the potential of most innovative techniques for internal control in order to improve corporate compliance and protection from unlawful conducts, to identify the best operation practice to limit corporate criminal risks in the current Italian regulation framework, by sharing opinions from in-house legal counsels, criminal lawyers and judicial authorities, analyzing also common aspects and differences with respect to US expertise of more than a decade.
