On Tuesday, 8 May 2018 the second conference promoted in cooperation with FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano and focused on the Reform of Third Sector will be held at Villa Necchi Campiglio (Milan).
From 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, speakers will analyse the aspects of the reform of Third Sector by examining profiles of fundraising, incentives, social responsibility and communication.
In particular, Professor Piergaetano Marchetti, President of Corriere della Sera Foundation, formerly Notary Public in Milan and Professor of Commercial Law at Bocconi University in Milan, will talk about fundraising; Angelo Maramai, General Manager of FAI, will introduce the aspects of the reform and charitable contributions between corporate social responsibility and communication, analysing the development process of the Foundation, in light of a clearer regulatory framework, as to its fundraising activities in this sector; finally, Giovanni Bandera, Equity Partner of Tax department at Pedersoli Studio Legale, together with Daniela Morlacchi, President of the Commission for No-Profit Organisations and Social Cooperatives of the Register of Tax Specialists and Certified Accountants of Milan, will explain new incentives to contributions in favour of institutions of the third sector, or the new tax regulation introduced to the purpose of granting specific benefits both for charitable contributions and free-of-charge transfer of “sensitive” assets in favour of institutions belonging to the third sector.
The conference will end with an open forum chaired by Giovanni Bandera and aimed at comparing different experiences in supporting institutions of the third sector. Giampaolo Marini, CEO of Rolex Italia, Michele Pontecorvo Ricciardi, Director of Corporate Identity, Communication and CSR of Ferrarelle S.p.A and Giuseppe Scibetta, President of Integra International, association of tax advisors and accounting experts will attend the forum as lecturers.
Following the conference, an exclusive visit of Villa Necchi Campiglio and its collections will be offered to participants interested in.
The conference will entitle to 4 credits, respectively, according to the National Council of Notaries and the Register of Tax Specialists and Certified Accountants of Milan.
