Milan, 31 July 2018 – Pedersoli Studio Legale, DLA Piper and White & Case have been involved in the negotiation of the “Standstill and corporate facility agreement” governing, inter alia, the granting of a standstill period until 31 March 2023 for the financial indebtedness existing between the companies of Risanamento group and the granting by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. to Risanamento itself of a revolving credit facility to support the operation management needs of Risanamento group.
Pedersoli team, led by Maura Magioncalda (Equity Partner) and composed of Alessandra De Cantellis (Partner) and Enrico Morolli, has advised Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Banco BPM S.p.A., Banca Popolare di Milano S.p.A., Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. and Banco di Napoli S.p.A..
White & Case has provided assistance to UniCredit S.p.A. with a team composed of Gianluca Fanti and Giuseppe Barra Caracciolo (both Partners).
DLA Piper has advised Risanamento in relation to legal aspects with a multidisciplinary team led by Antonio Lombardo and Matteo Almini (both Partners) including Claudia Scialdone, Martina Franchini, Daniele Sotgiu, Benedetta Girardi and Carolina Magaglio.
Lazard has acted as financial advisor of Risanamento.
