Milan, 29 April 2019 – Pedersoli Studio Legale has advised Alpha Private Equity Fund 7 in the agreement for the acquisition of the control of Laminam S.p.A. from Stefani family and Alberto Selmi providing legal assistance in relation to M&A, Antitrust and Banking issues with three teams respectively led by Carlo Re, Davide Cacchioli and Maura Magioncalda (Equity Partners).
According to the transaction Alberto Selmi, who continues to manage Laminam together with the management team, will further increase his shareholding in the group.
Laminam, leading company in the global market for large ceramic slabs, has a consolidated turnover in 2018 amounting to approximately 110 million Euro, up 29% on the previous year, and having an EBITDA of approximately 26 million. The execution of the transaction is subject to customary clearances and it is expected within mid-August.
