The law firms involved in the acquisition of 49% in Tannico by Campari

Milan, 8 June 2020Pedersoli, McDermott Will&Emery and Chiomenti are the law firms involved in the acquisition of 49% in Tannico S.p.A. by Campari Group.

Campari has entered into an agreement with all shareholders – including the CEO, Marco Magnocavallo, P101 Sgr and Boox Srl – to acquire an interest equal to 49% of the e-commerce platform known for the online sale of wines and premium spirits. The overall price for the acquisition of the interest amounts to 23.4 million Euro. Pursuant to the investment agreement, Campari shall increase its interest to 100% from 2025, subject to certain conditions. The execution of the transaction is expected within the month of July 2020.
