Ambienta SGR S.p.A., one of Europe’s largest asset managers entirely focused on environmental sustainability, acquired a majority stake in Previero N. S.r.l., a leading company in the design and implementation of solutions for plastic recycling.

Ambienta shall hold a majority stake in the company, alongside the third generation of Previero family, thus ensuring that the company will continue to benefit in the future from their unique expertise in recycling.
