Carlo Pedersoli, senior partner at the Firm, was awarded “Banks’ Lawyer of the Year” in the context of the Top Legal Industry Awards 2023, an event dedicated to the excellence of legal and tax consultancy in the main industry sectors.

The prize was awarded for the following reason:

“Appreciated by the Jury for his effectiveness in managing complex out-of-court negotiations, he has successfully assisted a leading bank before the Constitutional Court. The case concerned a judgment of legitimacy regarding the rescue plan for the Venetian banks in liquidation".
