A convention organised by Studio Pedersoli with the patronage of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy

A convention on new developments of the Italian public contract code and execution of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), organised by Studio Pedersoli with the patronage of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy aims at highlighting the main changes connected with this appointment on which the whole real estate market is giving an eye. Operators now need to deal with rules relating to the awarding of public works while entrepreneurs are called to liaise with legal developments relating to the awarding of supplies of goods and services, often with a high-tech angle.

Following the initial greetings from Gianluca Marco Comazzi, Councilor for Territory and Green Systems of the Lombardy Region, the discussion will start with panellists Sergio Fienga, Partner at Studio Pedersoli, Maria Teresa Lubrano Lobianco, State’s Attorney, Antonella Cupiccia, Legal Director of Procurements and Purchasing at Metro Milano S.p.A., Alberto Di Mario, Councilor of the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy Region, Raffaele Tuccillo, Councilor of the Regional Administrative Court of Lazio Region.
