Gyrus Capital, a private equity investment company focusing on healthcare and sustainability sectors, and PwC have entered into an agreement whereby certain entities fully owned and controlled by funds managed by Gyrus shall acquire – through a management buyout transaction – the advisory activities of PwC providing consulting services in the field of transformation, technology, digitisation and project management to public administration and healthcare system in Italy.

The business will continue to be led by the current management team, which will take part jointly to Gyrus in the buyout transaction.

Pedersoli Studio Legale has advised Gyrus Capital with a cross-practice team coordinated by Diego Riva (equity partner), Marida Zaffaroni (partner), Alessandro Airaghi (senior associate) who provided legal assistance for corporate law aspects.
