Imprimerie Nationale SA, a French company specialising globally in digital identities and services, has acquired, through its subsidiary IN Development SAS, the entire corporate capital of Fase S.r.l., a company specialising in the production of security devices for the global banknote, passport and high-security card markets.
This acquisition falls within the implementation of the Digital Odyssey 2025 plan and in the affirmation of IN Groupe as a reference player at global level in the aforementioned security devices sector.
Pedersoli, together with the French law firm SVZ, assisted Imprimerie Nationale SA with a team led by Alessandro Marena (equity partner) including Leo Belloni and Edoardo Augusto Bononi (associates).

The international law firm CMS advised the sellers with a team composed of Paolo Scarduelli (partner), Lorenzo Bocedi (counsel) and Benedetta Vio (associate).

Legance acted in relation to financial aspects with a team composed of Tommaso Bernasconi (partner), Alessia Solofrano (managing associate) and Lucrezia Sinibaldi (associate), together with the French law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.
