WIIT S.p.A., one of the main European players in the market of Cloud Computing services for business, listed on the MTA, STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, has issued, on 7 October 2021 a non-convertible, non-subordinated and unsecured senior bond loan in an overall nominal value of EUR 150,000,000 and having a 5-year term.

From 7 October 2021, such bonds are traded on the regulated market of the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange – Euronext Dublin and on MOT of the Italian Stock Exchange.
