Pedersoli Studio Legale has advised BPER Banca with reference to its contribution to Fondo EFESTO, which operates in the acquisition and management of UTPs, managed by Finanziaria Internazionale Investments SGR with Italfondiario S.p.A., a company member of the doValue group, as exclusive servicer, of a credit portfolio in a gross book value of approximately 122 million Euro.

The portfolio mainly consists of credits secured by real estate collateral relating to properties having different uses, referring to debtors in the Italian territory.

The transaction is part of a derisking strategy of the BPER Group aimed at further improving the credit quality.
