Pedersoli Studio Legale has advised Tages Capital SGR S.p.A., as management company of the reserved closed-end real estate alternative investment fund “Tages Helios II”, in the context of the acquisition from Vecchio Mulino Holding Immobiliare S.r.l. of a portfolio composed of three photovoltaic power stations in Apulia Region for overall 3 MW. The seller has been advised by L&B Partners Avvocati Associati.
The Energy & Utilities team at Pedersoli has managed all aspects of the acquisition transaction with Giovanni Battista De Luca (senior associate) and Marco Molineris (counsel), including Jaime Guiso Gallisai, Riccardo Monge (associates), as well as Francesca Calvo and Riccardo Di Laura (trainees), coordinated by Sergio Fienga and Marcello Magro (equity partners). Tages Capital has been assisted in the transaction by EOS Consulting in relation to the technical due diligence process and by PwC in relation to the accounting and financial issues.
