Pedersoli Studio Legale advised Mutti S.p.A., a leading company in the transport of chemicals, in a follow-on action brought for damages suffered due to the anti-competitive conduct sanctioned by the European Commission in the so-called truck cartel (i.e. the cartel between the major truck manufacturers between 1997-2011 within the European market).

By judgment dated 9 June 2023, the Court of Milan rejected the preliminary objections raised by the defendants and submitted the lawsuit to the preliminary investigation for the quantification of damages.
