Pedersoli, together with Brazilian firm Veirano Advogados, assisted Goglio S.p.A. in the agreements for the acquisition of the control of Brazilian company Mega Embalagens Ltda., with headquarters and production plant in Salvador do Sul, State of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil).

Goglio S.p.A., a leading company in the flexible packaging sector, with production plants in Italy, the Netherlands, the United States and China and sales offices located in various European countries and in South-East Asia, further strengthens its global presence.

Pedersoli acted with partners Antonio Pedersoli and Jean-Daniel Regna-Gladin and associate Roberta Danese, in close cooperation with partners Diego Lerner and Renata Fialho de Oliveira and associates Bernardo Haas and Eduarda Machado of Veirano Advogados.
