Pedersoli Studio Legale advised AVM Gestioni SGR S.p.A., an asset management company and Gestore EuVECA, in the transition process to become an Italian Benefit Corporation, introduced in Italy by Law no. 208 of 28 December 2015.

After drafting the first Sustainability Report and the launch of “Impact EuVECA” for sustainable finance purposes, AVM Gestioni is the first asset investment company to become a Benefit Corporation.

The introduction of Benefit Corporations is aimed at improving the number of operators, who have a double purpose (for-profit and common-benefit) and operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent manner towards stakeholders.

AVM Gestioni has been assisted by the notary office of prof. Ubaldo La Porta and Pedersoli Studio Legale in the person of Jean-Daniel Regna-Gladin (partner).
