Pedersoli Studio Legale advised Lanzi Group, a Turin-based company, operating for over forty years in the production of gloves and workwear, distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) and production of automated distribution systems for the same products, in the acquisition of 100% corporate capital of Sicura S.r.l. and the relevant subsidiary G.&Co. S.r.l., both active in the distribution of PPE and workwear in addition to maintenance of fire protection systems in Emilia Romagna region.
