Pedersoli Studio Legale advised Quadrivio Group in the acquisition of a majority interest in Twist, a company operating in the circular economy with a focus on the sale of smartphones, tablets and refurbished PCs with more than 100 million revenues and an export share of approximately 80%.

The transaction was executed through the vehicle Industry 4.0 Fund, which invests in the innovation and digital transition of SMEs.

The two founding shareholders, Francesco and Maurizio Santucci, shall remain at the helm of the company as CEO and Sales Manager respectively and will reinvest in it.
