Pedersoli Studio Legale advised SellerX in the acquisition of Vernici Shabby, a company specialising in the online sale of home decor and furniture restoration products, including gift goods.

SellerX, Europe’s leading aggregator of third-party e-commerce businesses, was established in August 2020 and received investments from top-tier financial investors, including L-Catterton, leading private equity fund in the consumer industry. Since then, the company has increasingly grown – with more than 30 evergreen brands in several business segments and a staff of over 300 experts based in Berlin, London, Miami and Shenzhen. With its in-house team of operational experts and investment in cutting-edge technology platforms, SellerX supports the growth of its leading brands in their respective industries. 

SellerX team was led by Tommaso Conca, part of the investment team responsible for Italy.

Pedersoli team advised the purchaser in the person of Luca Rossi Provesi (junior partner), including Giacomo Massironi and Giancarlo Maniglio (associates), led by Ascanio Cibrario (equity partner). Labour law aspects were managed by Andrea Scarpellini (senior associate).
