Nicolò, born in 1960, graduated in law at Università degli Studi in Milan in 1985.

He had been in-house counsel for over 25 years, first at Schiapparelli 1824 S.p.A. and following as General Counsel at Franco Tosi (Italmobiliare Group – Holding Company), Pirelli & C s.a.p.a. and Italtel acting also as Executive Vice President, Secretary of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Remuneration Committee including the Supervisory Board pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01 (as well as General Counsel and Head of Legal Affairs of the holding company Exprivia S.p.A.).

Previously, he worked at law firms such as Baker & McKenzie and De Berti & Jacchia.

He has an extensive experience in business matters, specifically focusing on corporate, commercial and international law, corporate agreements and governance.
