Francesco was born in 1936 and graduated in law from the Università degli Studi di Bologna in 1959.
He founded his law firm in 1971 after a ten-year legal experience with a major multinational Italian group.
He has more than 50-years experience in M&A, national and international transactions, as well as in extraordinary corporate transactions and in settlement of properties and family-owned groups of companies.
He acts as arbitrator or President of the Panel in national and international proceedings.
He has been member of the board of directors of listed companies and of a bank; he now sits on the Board of a number of Italian and foreign companies.
